Asperii wanted to increase its number of international customers and create a brand name as a leader in its market. The Company had never conducted strategic marketing. We started with research including detailed competitive market analysis, wrote a marketing brief, then a yearly plan that includes deliverables, schedule, and budget.

During this year, we executed the plan, managed ongoing work with sub-contractors, and produced marketing deliverables including a website, brochures, customer case studies, and a conference booth. We also conducted lead generation campaigns and PR, and optimized the CRM to streamline lead inputs.
