Shamaym is a services provider transitioning to a product company, who turned to us for help in rebranding themselves. As part of the project, we conducted thorough competitive research of available solutions and how they compared in terms of positioning and offering. We analyzed six verticals, comparing their solutions down to the feature level, as well as the direct target personas and their challenges.
We then built the Company’s messaging (including each persona as a base for the sales pitch and sales scripts), positioning, elevator pitch, unique selling proposition, vision, and mission statement. In addition, we assisted the CMO in planning the company’s go-to-market.
